Insights - How many tickets raised by Organisation with specific tags

    Hey Eduardo,

    What you'll need to do is create a custom metric that will pull any tickets that contain that Platinum tag since it should carry down to the ticket itself. I've attached some useful documentation for tag reporting here: Reporting on ticket tags

    Once you've created your metric, you can apply the Ticket Organization attribute to your report.
