    Hope you are well. The regular - Zendesk Support dashboard has an efficiency tab. - Cloning this dashboard - lets me play around without messing up the original one. - Now the original one has elements on say the First Reply Median KPI board of the efficiency tab as such: 

     

     

    Is there any particular reason why I cannot exclude time filters from the cloned version:

    Am actually now more curious how you move this to another post - other than deleting it and reposting it in the bugs section. Because I can't move any posts or merge multiple posts / votes.

    Hi Bart, I hope you are well. I just tried this and I can see the time filters in the cloned version:

    I'm unsure of why you can't see any time filters to exclude. Just in case there was some transient problem, would you mind trying it again? If the problem persists, I'll move your call into a ticket so that someone can help you troubleshoot this.

    Bart to answer your other question. You can't move your comment to another section, you'd have to delete and recreate it. Having said that, I'm happy to try and help you here :-)

    Very odd - wasn't there when I posted it :( - but glad it's there now.

     

    Re the other question. Nah, all good - I was just wondering if you guys were hiding a feature to see if you can move posts and tally up the votes. 

    So yes on a wish list - if I have a community of idea givers - and we got a lot of them, sometimes the ideas duplicate - I can remove them - and tell our end users where to subscribe to - but it be nifty to simply take all those who voted on an idea and automatically merge them into another idea to subscribe them to it. 

    Got another feature request - Round Robin for ticket creation. Right now you have FRT (First reply time which is from new tickets. -- Would prefer to have a native function to auto distribute new tickets to assignee's box so you can see the true first reply time by agent when they get to it - rather than starting at the back of the queue having everyone press play. Some skip more difficult questions or start from the front of the queue.

    This is definitely the best place to post feature requests as the product teams regularly look in here and other customers can vote your requests up and down. The round-robin feature is a really interesting idea and I'm sure the product team would like to hear more.
