  The official answer form Zendesk is that the Whatsapp Business API dont support voice note, so, forget this feature

  Simple Media Player is an acceptable solution, but the first ideal solution is just to include the file extension.
  A perfect solution will be the inclusion of a media player within the ticket panel.

  Waiting for a Zendesk solution too. It does not seem difficult to implement, but very necessary for agents.
