Hi, we have a problem with the more complex form fields, for example Technical Specification. In our case it can be a different set of information they need to provide depending on customer, complexity, channel etc.
So we did an article in Guide explaining what the requirements are for each customer so we actually get the correct information from start.
So my idea was to create a clickable link in the description that opens a new window with the article.
Because as it is now they have to leave the form to search in Guide and it creates some frustration.
I got in contact with Zendesk support and they confirmed that is not possible at the moment.
My suggestion would be to actually be able to create links in the field description or/and create a form field in form a of button with the same functionality.
