In the Zendesk Support iOS app, when I'm viewing tickets, I'm hoping that eventually there will be a way to display the newest message in the thread on top, instead of displaying the newest message on the bottom. Sometimes the thread can be pretty long, and it is quite tedious to have to scroll all the way to the bottom of a very long thread just to read the latest response. Even if there was a way to toggle it between "Newest Message on Top" vs. "Newest Message on Bottom" - that would be very helpful.
I understand that there is no way to change the way that comments are sorted within the Zendesk Mobile App, and by default all comments are sorted in descending order. However, I'm hoping that this can be addressed and improved for the next release.
