Filter Requests/Tickets based on custom field value

    Views can not be filtered based on the value of a textfield. They can only be filtered on tags, dropdowns, checkboxes. 

    So you could add the value as a tag (although that’s kinda messy), or maybe add the user making request for that domain to an Organization and, and filter the view on that organization?
