    Hi Bruno Gama and Grant Lonie,

    This is actually a known limitation of the widget -- prefill only works if set up before the initial load of the widget. Using 'updateSettings', while it works for other settings, does not work for prefill. 

    The product team knows about this but I can't say when exactly this will be addressed unfortunately. I know this isn't a very satisfying answer but wanted to set current expectations.

    Thanks for the follow up Joseph and Bryan! Not a major set back for us, but would be nice to not force our users to fill in dynamic info we could autofill for them.

    Another feature that would actually be even better is custom data/markup sent in the background.. similar to how identify works but for custom fields.
