Based on my conversation with Zendesk agents and their articles. When it comes to goodata access via zendesk reporting section, if it times out the only way to regain access to goodata is through your zendesk reporting even though it prompts you to sign in (which is for goodata sign in, and we as zen users do not have a sign to goodata its linked through zen reporting page.)
That to me is deceiving, if it times out and provides a sign in I assume it's my zendesk login credentials, not goodata which apparently there is no goodata sign that we have as previously mentioned. I recommend that if our goodata session times out that it does NOT prompt sign in screen since it is not even possible to sign in but rather a link to go back to our zendesk reporting page so that we can regain access easily and not be misled.
