Setting a callback delay

    Also the possibility to enable callback only when then there is a queue.

    We have had the same issue as well so this would be a good feature to add.

     

    The workaround that we have implemented is that we set the callback greeting to None and then embed our callback greeting into the wait music starting at about 15 seconds.  This gives an agent an opportunity to answer the phone before a person requests a callback.
