We have just activated our Help Center and have tested it through https://technicalseo.com/tools/fetch-render/
It seems that the JS/CSS assets are returning 403 errors, so blocking the bot from crawling those assets.
We believe it could be the CDN that needs refreshing or updating to not block those assets? However, we don’t have access to Zendesk CDNs.
Did anyone experience the same issue?
