Auto activation of forms much like the "publish date" in Guide Enterprise for articles
Hi there,
We just upgraded to Guide Enterprise and I am so excited! I love the Team Publishing feature and setting publish dates is going to save my team so much time!
Like many companies, some services and information are seasonal. So while being able to auto-publish and pull down articles at a specific time, it would also be great if that article could also deactivate a specific form that is attached it if necessary.
For example, we have a new product launching in 15 days. The article will activate on that date, but I have to manually go in and activate the form that corresponds to that article. After 3 months I'll need to pull it all down, not just the article, but deactivate the form and for good measure, the trigger that routes that forms tickets.
If I didn't have to remember each step, that'd be wonderful especially if I happen to not be around. Sometimes it feels like I'm leaving a team member a babysitting list: don't forget, the trigger, the form, the tag....
Thanks!

Thanks for sharing that feedback, Andrea! We're so glad to hear that the publish date feature is so helpful to you.
There is an EAP for scheduled un-publishing coming up which you may be interested in participating in. I recommend keeping an eye on the current and upcoming betas and EAPs article which gets updated every time a new one launches.
As for forms specifically, that's a separate ask from being able to un-publish the article. We'll keep this feedback thread open to collect additional votes and use-cases from other users so that we can gauge interest and impact.
