I have a question about the Helpcentre. You can use custom coding to hide the subject and description field. You can use conditional fields on forms. For example if the filed = the value a show value b. This results in hiding the other fields on the form until the form is submitted. When the form creates a ticket all fields on the form are shown on the ticket. Is it possible to to hide fields on a form that are not filled out?
The end result to be for example you have twenty fields on your form but only two fields are filled out after using conditional fields on the form. When the ticket is created it only shows the two fields on the left hand side of the form that that have been filled out and not the other 18 blank fields.
