This is scrolling hell
I open a ticket and I'm presented with a response window above a ticket. SCROLL DOWN I need to see the ticket before can respond. SCROLL BACK UP to respond. I can just about live with that, but
When I need to do something with that ticket like Mark as Spam . After SCROLLING DOWN TO READ IT have to SCROLL ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP to reach that drop-down menu. x hundreds of tickets = scroll hell
Please move the dropdown menu item closer to the message. Thanks

Just in case it helps, there are some keyboard shortcuts. There is no mark as spam shortcut, but if you look under your user profile menu, you should see a shortcut option. From there you can enable shortcuts and print out a help sheet.

Thanks, I'll take a look, but it's really the mark as spam that I would love to have, as a button, right by the message.

I may have a solution for you! We have added a SPAM User Field. When a message comes as SPAM, we go to the User page, click the checkbox by SPAM, and Solve the ticket. We have a trigger that adds a tag "spam". Any future email from that customer is tagged as spam and automatically gets placed in a spam view. See screenshot for reference.
