    Have you tried restoring article revisions? Here's information on how to do that: viewing article revisions and restoring a previous version

    Yeah, that is sort of the problem. Not only did the updates not save, there is no record of them even happening in that list of revisions. For all intent and purposes, it looks like it never happened because nothing was recorded in history.

    Hey Scott,

    I haven't seen any other reports of this happening on other accounts. Has this issue occurred again since?

    I'm happy to create a ticket on your behalf to see if our Customer Advocacy team can figure out what exactly happened here but I'm afraid there wouldn't be a way to recover that revision if there's no history of it.
