I have received a very strange report from one of our agents that he updated a Knowledge Base article yesterday and this morning his updates are gone. He assured me that it saved because another agent peer reviewed them.
The trouble is there seems to be no record of any of this happening. The history tab under Manage Articles has no events logged for him (or anyone yesterday) and looking at the article's revision history, there is no record of his update either.
Anyone experienced this before or know of another way to audit updates to an Article?
