    Hello Stephanie Heacox,

    So this is indeed possible through the bulk update option. I've gone ahead and included a document that breaks down how to implement this on your end. Just as a heads up, though, this does have a limit of 99 tickets at a time, so if you were looking to bulk update in more substantial quantities, that is not possible.
