I was just chatting with one of the support team as our business runs four websites and pulling the data from all four on a monthly basis for customer service can take most of the day up so I was looking for a faster way to do this but there is not any other way unfortunately.

I would be great if the reports could be improved for more flexibility and ease of access to data.
