Give callers the option to opt-in to call recordings.
Based on the feedback we’ve received from the community, we are conceptualising a new call recording opt-in experience as part of our new Call Recording Permissions feature. This will help to create a better experience for callers and ensure you comply with applicable laws.
Call recording opt-in enables administrators to configure any Talk enabled phone number to let the caller opt-in to call recording by dialing 3. This functionality will work for both group routing and IVR routing.
