We have been having a lot of trouble recently getting our users to sign in to Guide in Safari on iOS devices. Specifically, our users cannot click / tap on the "Sign In With Microsoft" button on the Zendesk log in screen. There is supposedly a blinking cursor next to or behind the button, but the button itself does not redirect them to enter their username and password.
One user mentioned that on the occasion that it does work, he is shown a blank page and has to clear his cache and cookies and try again for any content to load.
My understanding is this is happening specifically with Safari for iOS on the iPhone, and have heard it's a problem on the iPhone 8, X, and 11. Unfortunately I do not have any Apple products in my office to duplicate the issue personally.
Has anyone else experienced these issues or have any recommendations? I realize this might go beyond the scope of this community, but I am not the Zendesk account manager for our company, so I don't know where else to go for help.
UPDATE: I can confirm this only happens when you are holding the phone in "portrait". Rotating the phone to "landscape" allows you to tap on the login button.
