I am using Zendesk Support and trying to use the bulk import feature.
After signing in I navigate to the Admin section and select to manage people. On the Bulk Management side bar (on the right), I select to "Bulk user import" and get a blank screen.
If I try any of the other options e.g. Bulk organization import.. Everything loads as normal.
Can someone please help with this.
