As per the long discussion with the support team, I was requested to share my inputs as product feedback.
So we are stuck at a point and would like to know for any possibility to share and sync the user data with other ZD account.
To be more specific, We are handling support level P3 and P2 for a client and our client only handles the tickets with FLT and escalated to P1 by us so we are using the ticket sharing option for that and it seems to be working pretty well, but when it comes to customer details we both need to access same data and we are looking for a platform where it can be synchronized over both accounts if any one of us make changes or update the details.
For example - a customer telephone number is changed so we go ahead and update the same in our user data and the same details need to be synchronized and reflect in my client's profile as well...
