We layer an AI tool called Solvvy over the Help Center to surface relevant articles to customers before they contact support. When a user selects to chat with support in the Solvvy flow, Solvvy was previously able to store the user's query and pass it over to Chat to auto-populate in the pre-form. Zendesk made a breaking change recently that now prevents Solvvy from being able to do this. Please allow this again!
