We are having issues with our live chats not including the visitors name and email address which supposed to be mandatory. I have verified that this is selected correctly in the settings and I tried different browsers (Chrome, Safari) but couldn't initiate a chat session without filling out the details first.
We have found multiple thread regarding this as follows but since we are on Lite plan we don't even have the option for proactive greeting:
If you look at our account the most recent one is ticket #302 but we saw this previously with other chat sessions multiple times. Can you advise here?
