    Request a rating is an improvement BUT if an agent ends the chat, the customer isn't automatically prompted to rate the chat like on non-EAP chat.  I don't really want my team to pick and choose when a customer is prompted.  Is this planning on being changed?

    I reached out to the Product Manager who manages this feature and they mentioned that this behavior will continue for some time. I've made them aware of this post so they will look at your feedback and reach out if they have any other questions.
