    Hi there!  I'm currently experiencing a similar issue- when I click on the "Create JIRA" with a ticket, the JIRA box pops up and is just blank.  The integration is still working since other agents on my team haven't had the same experience. Here's what I see:

     

    Is there any way to refresh the connection between my Zendesk account and my JIRA account?

    Hey Jamie,

    I dug into a previous ticket that was related to this issue and it looks like the cause was from a browser setting. Can you confirm in your browser settings that Block third party cookies is disabled? That should resolve the issue you're running into here. You may need to do a quick browser refresh after you've disabled this option.
