How long does it take to be granted a Sponsored Account?

    I checked your account and do see the request for sponsorship. I've pinged the proper folks internally to see what's going on - hopefully we'll get this sorted out for you shortly!

    Thanks for trying Nicole, but my trial expired yesterday and nothing was done and now my account has been deleted, looks like I'm going to have to go through the whole setup process again now.

    It has now been a month and I've still not even had a reply from the team that deals with Sponsored Accounts. I'm really, really disappointed, I've always had very good dealing with Zendesk support in the past having previously implemented Zendesk at 3 companies I've worked at. However, being left hanging like this for a month when I could have spent that time working on my theme has left me feeling like why should I even bother.

    Thank you to Nicole and the CS Representatives that have tried 2-3 times to chase this up for me. However, it just seems to me as if it's too much effort for the sponsored accounts team to reply to me, even after a month.

    It's funny though, whenever I have a work email attached to a trial account I'll get weekly personal emails from the sales team, funny that.
