I am having some difficulties getting tickets to show in the "Requests I'm CC'd on" section of the Zendesk Guide, found under "My Activities".
I had this working one day last week, but have been unable to recreate since, and i'm not sure what has changed.
Here are the steps I've taken:
As an agent I have created a ticket in Zendesk Support and added the end user as a CC - I've done this once via the UI, adding the user below the "To" address, and also via the API, putting the user into the ticket's `email_cc_ids`.
I then log into Zendesk Guide as the end user, visit the requests I'm CC'd on section, but see no results.
Things I've checked:
- The brand is definitely the same
- I have all the "Followers and CCs" settings enabled in the admin panel
- The test ticket is Open
- The users are definitely the same, ie the value being added to the CC matches the the email for the Signed In user in the guide.

Does anyone know what the problem might be?
