For our Zendesk support help center, working with links is a broken experience. I.e. this screen
If I search for an existing help text article to link to, not only does it give me many less relevant results that don't even contain the search text, but even if I search the exact title of the article I want, it often doesn't return any results.
(Being able to link out to specific headings on a page is another non-existent/ terrible experience,)
From one product manager to another, I'm happy to hop on a call and happy to explain why this is such a big deal to me, and how other products solve this problem in a better way.
Doing search/links right is a crucial part of a support center product and I'm definitely a detractor of Zendesk right now.
