Easiest Way For External Email/Ticket Ingestion and Field Population

    Hey RBT_IT,

    Is email the only option for transferring these tickets into your Support account? I'd say the easiest method would be to use the API and create an external form for your T1 agents to fill out. The following documentation should help with setting this up: Building a custom ticket form with the Zendesk API

    If you forward these automated emails over to Zendesk they'll most likely get suspended since that's an unsupported workflow.
