Differentiating Talk Pop-Ups Based on Phone Line or Organization

    To add to this, we currently have two lines- one for internal users and one for external users. our support is broken into 3 groups: one to handle calls for the external line, one that handles the internal line, and a senior group that is the overflow for both. It would be awesome for our senior agents to know what type of call is coming in, not just who is calling.

    Showing which line is called would be very nice to have!
