    Just to provide an answer to this in case anyone else stumbles across this topic:

     

    Using tags as a dashboard filter is not possible within Insights, however together with the ZD support we figured out a (quite simple) workaround:

    In my case at least (segmentation of tickets, each ticket has exactly one segment at a time) one can simply create a custom field for this. Now the triggers that have been responsible for segmentation are not adding the respective segment tag anymore but are setting the custom field "Segment" to the respective segment. 

     

    I did not use many custom fields yet, but at least from my experience from the last days custom fields seem to be a by far better alternative for many things that one might use tags for otherwise.
