I have a problem setting up a dashboard filter for particular tags.
Basically I have two types of customers and therefore tickets which are being tagged with "customer_segment_a" and "customer_segment_b", it's either the one or the other. Every ticket has exactly one of those two tags.
Now I created a dashboard with all relevant KPIs for all tickets and with some filters, including:
- Ticket creation date (works)
- Ticket assignee (works)
- Customer segment (doesn't work)
My approach was to create a variable, which filters for the variable "ticket tag" and which has the default values "customer_segment_a, customer_segment_b":
Now when I add this variable as a filter to my dashboard, per default both segment tags are enabled and all tickets are being shown - so far so good.
However, when I unselect one of the two segment tags, nothing changes. The charts reload, but all metrics stay the same (also when I untick both segment tags).
Therefore: the filter doesn't work.
On a side note, I've also tried to simply add an attribute filter to the dashboard and filter for particular tags, but this doesn't work either.
Does anyone have an idea of why this doesn't work / how to fix this? I obviously overlook something in here, maybe my general approach is wrong, or maybe I have to add a particular filter to each report within this dashboard?
