    Hi Carlos,

    Thanks for sharing your feedback. Unfortunately, the transcript email template is not customisable and cannot be translated. 

    If you are using Chat and Support together, we are looking into making the ticket email template customisable and translated but we have nothing to announce on it at this point in time.
