We have got multiple web forms on SharePoint. Is there any possibility, if the form submitted through Sharepoint is ingested in ZenDesk via email or any another method to allow Zendesk to parse out that information into a ticket? So that, they follow the change management and approvals process.
If yes, how could we proceed with this?
Is it necessary, if the end user is not on ZenDesk and just have access to the SharePoint web forms.
