Our Organization have integrated ZenDesk with Asset Panda and we have a question.
We have a ticket field by the name of Asset Details, in which we write the details about the asset. Asset Panda displays the list of assets based on the asset details provided.
As soon as you select the + sign, the asset is assigned to the ticket.
What we want is, as soon as we click the + sign to the Asset Name (OPI-ITO007), the asset name should be displayed in the “Asset Details” ticket field.
How can we achieve this?
