You must set a ticket style
Previously, ticket style was being used, but I was planning on using another field going forward. In order to do this I was trying to pinpoint where this rule was set so that I could adjust or change it.
Can someone confirm if this is possible or not, and if so, where the hard requirement to save a ticket with a specific field would be located?
