As we are willing to dive into the world of (Customer) Data Analysis we want to re-think our custom ticket fields and ticket flow. This means blueprinting all topics, subtopics and sub-subtopics (and so on).
Does any of you have any good experiences with Flowchart programs? If so, would you be willing to share the name of the program and/or the experience you have with this?
We've used Microsoft Publisher a few times which was suited but I can image there are alternatives.
