I recently registered for a trial to Zendesk Talk, and I have been able to set up a phone number (Sweden, +46) and go through that first trial call to have it create a ticket. However, there is a $0 credit for our trial and attemping to call to the number returns a standard "this number is not available" voice from my own phone provider.
To my understanding, a $1 credit is provided to allow testing of this feature. Is there something causing this non-credit? Under "Settings - Talk - History", I see a -$1 transaction at the time of registering for the trial, and below that $0 in "Phone number charges" and a row that says "Credit: $1.00". Despite this, there is no remaining credit shown at the top.
