We are looking to put in details around the contract start and end dates for our customers but want to look at an option where we can send out alerts / reminders to them and to our internal staff when these are coming close to the end.
The reminders will be where we start discussing renewals or contract ends but obviously want to do this before the end date.
Has anyone used Zendesk for this..?
I have looked at the platform "Expiration Reminder" which integrates with Zendesk but has anyone else used this..?
