We base our forecasted number of tickets on our orders forecast for any given period, which we do externally. What would be the most efficient way of getting a fixed number pushed into Zendesk so that we can report on it?
Assuming we expect 10,000 tickets in a month and we get 9,500 tickets, I would love to build a report that says something along the lines of this:
Tickets Created/Forecasted Tickets = % Forecast Received
It would then return a value of 95%.
I don't know what the most efficient way of putting that number in. One option, sure, is to add a unique metric for every month, "Forecast Dec 2019" for example, and then report on that, but that just seems counterproductive.
