    Hi Howard,

    Just to clarify; When you're writing zentalk, do you then mean Zendesk Talk?

    If you are referring to Zendesk Talk, then a new dashboard with data from Zendesk Talk should appear in your Zendesk Explore overview.

    Hi Louse,

    Yes I do mean Zendesk Talk.

    I have created some new dashboards and they work great, but my question asks how do I add in days worked by agent to get to calls, tickets etc by day worked. Must I export in excel or can I create some sort of custom calculation within Zendesk Talk?

    Hi Howard,

    You can simply add an attribute to split your reporting up by days.

    Try to go to your query and click on Add Rows/Columns and search for "Days".

    I hope this will help you move forward in your reporting! :-)
