    Hey Andy,

    I did some testing in my account and was curious if using a multi-select field instead would be beneficial. I created a similar workflow using a multi-select field as shown in my screenshot below:

    The ticket will display the following:

    In your case, you can set up a multi-select field and in the ticket select both Module 1 and the subcategory under Module 1. You should then be able to assign to the appropriate group either using the field option or the tag associated with the field option.

    Let me know if that doesn't get you the results you're looking for.

    Thanks, but this would mean a new field for us and I'm trying to avoid that.
