Counting the number of tickets assigned to an agent by a supervisor

    Hey Marko,

    I reached out to one of our Insights experts and it looks like you're on the right track here. It's recommended starting with the [Text Field] New Value attribute. So in your example, Updater is John but [Text Field](New Value] is [Assignee] John.

    This kind of reporting can get rather complicated so it may be worth starting with a clean report and play around with the attributes mentioned above.
