Bulk add / remove Explore access
CompletedIt would be great to be able to bulk grant or remove Explore access instead of having to go navigate to each individual agent profile to check whether they have the right access or not and make changes.
This would especially be nice now when all new agents have been granted Admin or Edit rights by default until we were recently made aware of this and made changes to the default setting. We now have 100s of agents with incorrect access rights to Explore.

Hi Catherine, I see that you are on Support Enterprise. In October, we launched the "Custom Roles & Light Agents" EAP, which enables you to manage access to Explore using your Support custom roles. This EAP should make it much easier for you to manage Explore permissions moving forward. You can find more information about the EAP here.
