I'm worried about tags of Zendesk Plutform.
From now on, we will organize all of the ticket.
And, we want to organize tags together, but our ticket status are over 90% solved.
チケットは終了しています = Closed tichekts
"Closed tickets are locked. They cannot be reopened or updated in any way."
This does not organize tags.
Do you have an alternative you can suggest?
