New Salesforce to Zendesk Integration: Roles
With the new integration, it is still not possible to sync SalesForce Roles to Zendesk Contacts.
It would be very helpful to have this information as these roles is how we determine who has "approval" power for certain support tasks, who can approve billing changes, who can make changes for DNS/Security, etc.
If anyone is aware of a simple workaround to get this information to port over, I would be interested to hear it, but if there was a way to set the integration to do this without a workaround would be even better.
