Deployment of Web Widget - Impact on Live Chat Volume>?
Hey...putting it out there to other users -
recently we deployed Web Widget in live chat - and as a results we have seen a significant drop in the number of Live Chat we are actually getting.
We are seeing a small number of the chats deflected and solved in web widget - but not the 50% volume we have seen drop off..
Has anyone else experienced this level of drop off>?
Is the web widget counter productive to encouraging contact/help?
