Salesforce ticket forwarding to Zendesk

    heyO Juan,

    I'm curious what you mean by "a ticket in Salesforce" - did you mean a Case object? Our integration doesn't support that at this time, but if you could give a little more detail about your workflow, I suspect our SFDC Integration team may be interested to hear more about it as something to look into.

    That having been said, it is currently possible to create a ticket in Zendesk from within an Account/Contact/Opportunity/Lead object, and that ticket could be synced back over to SFDC as a Case once created in Zendesk.
