    I'm not aware of Keycloak myself, however, I did some Googling and was able to track down an external website that may help: How to: enabling SSO in Zendesk Using Keycloak SAML

    Thanks Brett for your reply,

    I did read that post but it's not working as written on zendesk's documentation. My users are not syncing, and when I tried to request through API's with my OAuth token, zendesk rejects me with 401 unauthorized. 

    That's why I think my configuration is not correct or not fully configured.
