    Daniel: Have you looked at using SLAs? If you set them up correctly, you should be able to group your tickets by Status and sort them by Next SLA Breach. The SLAs are set up by Priority, so you can set the parameters for the Urgent and High priority tickets tightly and the parameters for Normal or Low priority tickets more loosely.
