Simple reporting - help needed

    Since you just need a list of tickets, you could just create a view for this customer in Support and then export out the csv of tickets manually each month. 

    In Explore, they key is that you have to include a metric in your query.  Sounds like you don't need a metric, you just need a list of tickets, so you could just pick any metric so you get results.  For example, this is what I created: query filtered by created date & Organization, table showing ticket ID and create date (you could also show subject and requester), and I just picked a metric of solved tickets to indicate which tickets have been solved.
