    Hey David!

    We just pared down the duration of ticket update notifications by 2 seconds - hope that provides some headway for your agents to mark their status as available to prevent missed calls. 

    We're currently heads down working on Agent Workspace, but we'll be exploring alternatives for a new home for notifications that does not impede on essential actions that agents do in Zendesk.
